AT! THE RIB SHACK uses a blend of white oak, cherry & charcoal to smoke our St. Louis Style Ribs, Rib Tips, Chicken, Chopped BBQ Pork, Chicken and Beef Sandwiches. Our lip smacking juicy to the bone marinated wings are served in 2 styles: Creole Seasoned Wings and Ting's Wings. Tings wings are seasoned in a blend of Asian spices, smoked, then char-grilled to perfection. To accompany all orders we have homemade sides that include Grandma Pearl's Potato Salad, Cole Slaw, Red Beans & Rice, Collard Greens, BBQ Beans.
